Socialinsider Product Updates - July

If you’re reading this, it’s not too late for those end-of-month reports.

Who would have thought that reporting can actually be fun? We’re taking care of that, too.

On this note, here’s a little announcement for you - thank you for your support! We’re so grateful and committed to continue delivering new features and improvements to make Socialinsider an even better product for everyone 🫶

1. Instagram Metrics:

We’re not done yet with this project. Apologies for any inconvenience, but this is for all of us.

The Instagram metrics are now explained and computed correctly. Moreover, in the Engagement section are available all the insights that matter:

  • Engagement rate by followers
  • Engagement rate by impressions
  • Engagement rate by reach

Note:

  • Hidden likes are not available via the API. When the Instagram user hides the number of likes, you won't be able to see the value in your Socialinsider dashboard. This means that they won't count toward the total engagement.

  • Collaboration posts with other influencers/brands appear only if the original post was published by the profiles added to the Socialinsider dashboard. This kind of posts are attributed by the API only to the profile that published the post.

2. Account Settings:

We love some good management. That's why you will find two new sections in your account:

  • Subscription
  • Account Settings

From checking your invoice history and subscription details, to changing your account email or password, everything can be managed from there.

Product Improvements 🚀

  • Autoreports —  If you had issues with your autoreports, don’t worry because we had them too. Everything has been solved now, but do let us know if you encounter anything else.
